1. Agreement

By using ghostbound3dprints.com or buying our products you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Products

Our items are made-to-order 3D prints. Colors, layer lines, and small finish details vary because each piece is hand-printed and hand-finished. Images are representative.

3. Orders and pricing

• All prices are in USD unless noted.
• We may cancel an order if a product is out of stock, mispriced, or we suspect fraud. You'll be refunded in full.
• Production lead times are listed on the Shipping page.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. By placing an order you authorize the full charge at checkout. We don't store your card number.

5. Shipping and risk

Risk of loss transfers to you once the carrier scans the package. Lost or damaged shipments — contact us within 14 days of the carrier's "delivered" scan and we'll help file a claim.

6. Returns and refunds

7. Intellectual property

Site content, brand, and original designs are owned by GhostBound 3D Prints. You may print and use purchased physical items for personal enjoyment. You may not reproduce, resell, or redistribute the digital designs.

8. Custom orders

If you request a custom design, you confirm that you have the rights to anything you ask us to print. We may decline requests that infringe third-party IP or violate our content rules.

9. Disclaimers

Products are sold "as is" without warranties beyond what local law requires. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
